A propane gas wall heater is used to heat the cabin. It is conveniently located just off of Hwy 105 in Boone, NC, halfway between Windy’s and Ingles grocery store. The App State campus is just a 5 minute drive away (1.7 miles). Ride the “Free” AppalCART bus to the App State campus or all over Boone NC. *Pets-Tenants with an approved pet pay $30 more per month in rent, pay a non-refundable pet fee and sign a Pet Addendum (Under Long- Term Rental Info). **Property is for sale as a commercial property and Landlord has the right under the Lease Contract to terminate Tenants’ occupancy with 60 days written notice that this dwelling unit is being sold and is under a sales contract.
