Parking Space Rental Information

 Pay Lot Parking Spaces for Aug 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024 go on sale July 10, 2023 @ 10am.

You will need to complete the online  Pay Lot Vehicle Information Form below to begin the process.  Once your vehicle is approved, HMR will send you a Paid Parking Space Contract to complete. Upon completion of the contract you will make your payment through the online portal. The online portal will allow you to pay via eCheck, Debit Card or Credit Card (there is no convenience fee for the echeck option).

Holton Mountain Rentals (“HMR”) Pay Lot Parking spaces are subject to Availability and issued on a first come first serve basis. If your vehicle does not meet the size requirements for the lot you have selected your application will be denied.

VEHICLE SIZE: Campus West and Convocation Parking Lots Do Not allow vehicles larger than a Compact SUV, No Exceptions! A Compact SUV is the same size or smaller than a Toyota RAV-4. Holton Mountain Rentals reserves the right to refuse any vehicle for any reason.

Appletree Parking Lot – Entire Year $1,300: Located near the App State Campus at 150 Burrell Street in downtown Boone, NC, behind Appletree Apartments. Entrance located on Burrell Street Boone, NC. Parking lot is lighted and each spot is assigned. (Compact SUV or smaller, No Exceptions!)

Campus West Parking Lot – Entire Year $1,300: Located near the App State Campus at the corners of River’s Street, Burrell Street and Howard Street in downtown Boone, NC, and across the street from Rivers Walk Apts. Entrance located on Burrell Street Boone, NC. Parking lot is lighted and gravel. (Compact SUV or smaller, No Exceptions!)

Convocation Parking Lot – Entire Year $1,300: Located next door to the Holmes Convocation Center on to the App State Campus, across the street from Boonies Chicago Style Pizza (formally Hardies) and behind Campus Pointe Apts. located at 120 Faculty Street Boone, NC. Parking lot is lighted and gravel. To enter, drive past the back of Campus Pointe Apt building through the App State Holmes Convocation Center parking lot to enter this private parking lot. (Compact SUV or smaller vehicle, No Exceptions!)

Campus Pointe Apartments Parking Lot – Entire Year $1,300: Located next to the Convocation Center, across the street from Boonies Chicago Style Pizza in front of Campus Pointe Apts, at 120 Faculty Street Boone, NC. Parking lot is lighted and paved.

Stone Creek Apartments Parking Lot – Entire Year $1,200:  Located in front of Stone Creek Apts, across from the Watauga Medical Center and near the App State Beaver College of Health Sciences building, at 151 Kimberly Drive Boone, NC. Parking lot is lighted and paved.

Windy Hill Apartments Parking – Entire Year $1,300:  Located near the Daniel Boone Inn, one and a half blocks from the App State Campus (near lots of dorms) in front of Windy Hill Apts at 125 Windy Drive, Boone NC. Parking lot is lighted and paved.

 

 

  • Holton Mountain Rentals Parking Space Rental Information Form

    In order to complete your HMR Parking Space Rental online you must agree to HMR’s Terms of Agreement, Part I & II, electronic communications & electronic documents by checking the box below and signing your name. If you choose not to agree to HMR’s Terms of Agreement, Part I & II, you will need to complete this form and the HMR Parking Space Contract in person at HMR’s office.

    To secure a Rental Parking Space, you must complete the following steps:

    1) Fill out and sign this form, the Holton Mountain Rentals Parking Space Rental Information Form.
    2) Sign the HMR Parking Space Contract & Pay Rent
    • Once your HMR Parking Space Rental Information Form has been approved by HMR, you will receive an email asking you to digitally sign your HMR Parking Space Contract.
    o If you choose not complete documents electronically, you will need to come to HMR’s office to fill out paper copies of the form and sign your Parking Space Contract in person (they cannot be completed through the mail).
    • Pay your Full Year’s Rent, through the HMR AppFolio Online Portal via e-Check, Debt Card or Credit Card.
    o If you choose not complete documents electronically, you will need to pay in person via check or money order (HMR does not accept cash).
    • Once your payment has been received, HMR will countersign your Parking Space Contract. You will receive an email stating your Parking Space Contract has been fully executed. The fully executed contract can be viewed or downloaded through your online portal. In order to secure a parking space with HMR, Tenant must digitally sign the HMR Parking Space Contract and make Payment in full within 24 hours of receipt. If contract is not signed and payment has not been received by HMR within 24 hours, HMR reserves the right to cancel the digital Parking Space Contract.
    o If you choose not complete documents electronically, paper documents must be fully signed and payment received in full at the time purchase in the HMR office. HMR will provide you with a paper copy of your fully executed contract.
    3) Pick Up your Parking Permit from the HMR Office. Once you have received your fully executed parking contract, you may pick up your parking permit at the HMR office any time after July 18, 2022. Payment processing through bank must be completed prior to permit being issued. Any vehicle in parking lot without a valid parking permit is subject to being towed regardless of Parking Space Contract.

    CHOOSE PARKING LOT: Select the Parking Lot for the parking space you are renting by marking the appropriate box below. The Rental Rate for each parking lot is shown beside the parking lot’s name. The parking space rental shall begin on August 1, 2022 @ 12:01 AM and end on July 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

  • Use of Electronic and Online Documents.

    Exception to Electronic Execution of Documents: Parking Space Rental Tenant has the option to not provide their express written consent and to Opt-Out of and/or to withdraw their express written consent to use electronic documents and electronic contracts, and sign them with electronic initials and/or signatures. Tenant does NOT have to agree or give their express written consent to signing this HMR Parking Space Rental Information Form and the Parking Space Contract “PSC” electronically in order to be able rent a parking space Landlord manages. However, without Tenant giving their express written consent or by withdrawing it before signing the online Parking Space Contract, paper copies of the Parking Space Contract and addenda and other leasing documents will need to be used for the rental process and Tenant will need to sign those instead, in order to rent a parking space that Landlord manages. Tenant’s express written consent previously given to Landlord cannot be withdrawn for any e-Notices, electronic documents and electronic contracts that Tenant and/or Landlord have already executed, signed and were sent and received by either Tenant and/or Landlord, prior to Tenant withdrawing consent.

    Consent Required by Parking Space Rental Tenant to Use Electronic and Online Documents: You must give your express written consent to HMR’s Terms of Agreement, Part I and Part II, in order for you to be able to use and receive electronic communications and electronic documents with HMR. This includes using HMR’s online Portal and HMR’s Website (for certain documents) for the rental process and using HMR’s Portal to make online rental payments. The purpose of the HMR Terms of Agreement, Part I and the HMR Terms of Agreement, Part II are to provide you with certain disclosures and terms and conditions regarding the use of electronic communications and electronic documents with HMR. Read and review them at the links provided below or on the HMR Website under Rental Information at https://www.HoltonMountainRentals.com. While not all types and ways of electronic communications and electronic documents may require your express written consent, it is necessary for you to provide it in order for you and HMR to use electronic communications and electronic documents for the parking spot rental process. YOU HAVE THE OPTION NOT TO GIVE YOUR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT AND/OR TO WITHDRAW CONSENT AFTER IT HAS BEEN GIVEN. By not signing and not providing consent, you will not be able to fully use the HMR Portal or the HMR Website. The rental process will then be conducted using paper documents by mail or in person.
    They can be read and reviewed at https://www.HoltonMountainRentals.com website under Rental Information. As stated in sections 1.8, 2.11, 3.5, and 4.7 of the HMR Terms of Agreement, Part I, by checking this box and signing this HMR Parking Space Rental Information Form you are giving your express written consent to receiving electronic communications and electronic documents as defined in the HMR Terms of Agreement, Part I and Part II. For the purposes of this HMR Parking Space Rental Information Form and the HMR Parking Space Contract, anywhere in HMR’s Terms of Agreement, Part I and Part II that the term “dwelling unit” is used substitute the term “parking space” in its place. The term “Lease Contract shall also apply to the HMR Parking Space Contract.
