All current Holton Mountain Rentals tenants must let us know whether they intend to renew their lease through July 29, 2027 by the deadline listed in their renewal letter.
By completing this Renewal Intent Form, you are simply indicating whether you plan to renew or not renew your lease for the upcoming lease year. This form is not a lease contract.
To officially renew your lease, you and your roommates must sign the lease contract sent to your online portal within 48 hours of receipt.

Joint Lease Contracts – 1 Form per unit
Individual Lease Contracts – 1 Form per tenant
