Other features include; washer/dryer,3 large bedrooms, dishwasher and ceiling fans. If a workshop or storage space is needed the unfinished basement has plenty of room. Be on the App State campus in Boone, NC in 9 minutes (3.9 miles) or in downtown Blowing Rock, NC in 13 minutes (6 miles). Boone, NC’s main shopping district with Walmart, Publix, Food Lion and many other restaurants and shops to choose from is only 6 minutes (2.6 miles) away. Go skiing or snowboarding at Appalachian Ski Mountain in less 12 minutes (6 miles). Electric baseboard heaters and propane gas heaters provide the heat. The unfinished basement has a dehumidifier. Even though Niley Cook road is state maintained, it is winding and steep so a 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter. *Pets-Tenants with an approved pet pay $30 more per month in rent, pay a non-refundable pet fee and sign a Pet Addendum (Under Long- Term Rental Info).
