In 1980, Holton Mountain Rentals started renting apartments in the mountains of Boone, North Carolina. Since then, our business has grown and grown to where we now manage over 500 houses, duplexes, condos, and apartments.

Up until recently, Holton Mountain Rentals business was primarily Long-term Rentals. Holton Mountain Rentals recently started renting Vacation Rentals. We now have several Vacation Rentals located between Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina as well as in Valle Crucis, North Carolina. You will find that Holton Mountain Rentals will add the special touch when it comes to your vacation.

In addition to managing both Long-term Rentals and Vacation Rentals, we also rent Mini Storage warehouses as well as Office and Commercial Space. We are located in a university community; therefore, the majority of our Long-term Rentals are rented to students.
